Commitment to Ethics

Weekenders, USA Inc., as a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), supports the guidelines of the DSA Code of Ethics.

The Weekenders USA Coordinator Code of Ethics, as printed in the Coordinator Manual, encourages all Coordinators to conduct their business in a professional manner and with the highest degree of integrity. The customer's needs are the Coordinator's priority, honoring the Weekenders product guarantee and presenting the Earning Opportunity in a frank and straight-forward manner.

In the event of a complaint between a customer and Coordinator, the first attempt at resolution should be between the parties involved. If resolution cannot be reached or the complaint is between a Coordinator and Weekenders USA, the parties involved should contact Customer Service at 847.229.1200 for further assistance. Customer Service will strive to reach resolution between the parties within the guidelines of Weekenders USA and the DSA. When necessary, Customer Service will request further review by Weekenders Compliance Committee.

This committee, headed by our Code Responsibility Officers, ensures that the rights of customers and Fashion Coordinators are upheld within the guidelines of Weekenders USA and in conjunction with the Direct Selling Association's Code of Ethics.

In the event an appeal is requested, the Direct Selling Association Code of Ethics Administrator shall be the neutral and competent third party to review the complaint. Instructions for filing a code complaint appeal may be found on the DSA web site at www.dsa.org/ethics.
